Tammy Hersey, Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA)

I am a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and have worked in the ophthalmic field for 30 years. I have had the pleasure of working for Gulfcoast Eye Care long enough to watch Dr. Cottrell grow up and become an awesome ophthalmologist just like her mother, Dr. Tymiak. My career has been surrounded by ongoing advancements in technology, which makes my position very rewarding in the treatment of eye diseases. I have a special interest in the fitting of all types of contact lenses, as well. My family consists of a wonderful husband, 3 children, and 8 grandchildren.My hobbies include stained glass projects, decorating, and spending time with my ever-growing family.
